ServerHub: Direct Access to Last-Mile Servers
ServerHub is a new ServeManager feature that helps agencies connect directly with individual process servers. Instead of forwarding a job to another agency when you don’t already have local coverage, ServerHub gives you instant access to vetted last-mile servers.

How Pricing Works
Pricing for ServerHub jobs is set by ServeManager based on what we believe to be fair market rates for each ZIP code.
- Agencies see the exact rate up front before assigning the job.
- Servers in the network agree to these rates as a condition of participating.
- In special circumstances, a server can choose to decline a job if the rate doesn’t fit.
This creates a consistent, predictable pricing experience for agencies while keeping coverage broad and reliable.
How Automated Payments Work
ServerHub is powered by ServeManager Wallet. Here’s how it works:
- An agency assigns a job through ServerHub.
- Once the affidavit is sent to the process server and signed, Wallet automatically releases payment.
- The agency sees the transaction in their Wallet history — no manual payment steps required.
Because payment is tied to signed affidavits, servers are incentivized to sign quickly. And since reputation matters in the ServerHub ecosystem, agents are also expected to respond promptly if any affidavit changes are needed after signature.
Wallet Required
ServerHub requires that your agency has a ServeManager Wallet set up. Wallet is what allows payments to move instantly between agencies and servers.
Setup takes about 10 minutes. If you don’t have a Wallet yet, we recommend getting started before ServerHub launches so you’ll be ready to go on day one.
Where Is ServerHub Available?
ServerHub will first launch in California. From there, we’ll be expanding availability nationwide.
If you’re outside California, stay tuned — we’ll notify you as soon as ServerHub becomes available in your state.
