Request a custom proof or affidavit
ServeManager offers over 50 document templates designed to meet the varied needs of our users. If our existing templates don’t fully meet your needs, we provide the option to either customize them or make more substantial modifications.
Here’s how you can request your custom affidavit:
1. Request a Simple Edit to an Existing Document
We can accommodate minor modifications to an existing document. Examples include adding a logo, changing the font, updating grammar, or making small layout adjustments.
2. Request a Full Document Edit
If your changes are more substantial, such as significantly altering the content of a document, you may request a full document edit.
3. Custom Document Creation (Approval Required)
We generally do not offer fully custom documents; however, exceptions can be made with approval from our Head of Agency Success. Costs for these requests are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Turnaround Times and Costs:
- Simple Edits: Turnaround time is 1 month, with a limit of 5 simple edits per account. Any edits beyond the 5-request limit are charged at $25 each.
- Full Document Edits: Turnaround time is 1 month, with a fee of $50 per document. Rush processing is available for an additional fee of $100 with a 1 week turnaround.

Logos on affidavits
Please note that logos on affidavits or court documents are generally not recommended, as some users have reported rejection of documents that resemble marketing materials. If you still wish to add a logo, please reach out to customer support for assistance.
