What to do if you can’t login
If you’re having trouble logging in, work through the steps below in order.
Step 1: Reset your password
The first step is to reset your password here.
We’ll send you an email with a link. Click the link from the email, and you’ll be prompted to enter a new password.
Tip: Above the password field, click Show Password to reveal what you typed, so you can check for typos before submitting.
Step 2: Didn’t get the reset email?
If a few minutes have passed and you don’t see the email, try the following:
- Check your spam or junk folder, most automated emails sometimes land there.
- Confirm you requested the reset using the same email address your account is registered with.
- Wait 5–10 minutes, since delivery can occasionally be delayed, then request the reset again if it still hasn’t arrived.
If you’re not sure which email address is on file, contact customer support and we can confirm it for you.
Step 3: Still getting an error after resetting your password?
A few things to check:
- Make sure Caps Lock is off, passwords are case-sensitive.
- Clear your browser’s autofill by typing the password manually instead of letting the browser fill it in, in case it’s using a saved, outdated password.
- Try logging in from an incognito/private browser window to rule out a browser extension or cached data causing the issue.
If you’ve entered incorrect passwords 4 times in a row, your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons. You will be forced to reset the password.
