Activate eFiling

eFiling is available through ServeManager in California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, and Texas. We’ve partnered with InfoTrack to offer a fast and easy eFiling experience. 

To activate eFiling through ServeManager, go to and follow these three steps. 

  1. Click “Create InfoTrack Account” and fill out all required fields.
  1. Connect your InfoTrack Account with ServeManager. Enter your InfoTrack credentials in Step 2 on the ServeManager eFiling page.  
  1. Connect your InfoTrack Account with various courts in InfoTrack. Log into InfoTrack, click services > file and serve > and select the state you plan to file in.

Then connect with the Electronic Filing Manager (EFM) in that state. If you already have an eFiling account, you can enter your existing credentials to connect an existing account. If you’re new to eFiling, you can fill out the required fields under “Create a New Account.” Unless an attorney is asking you to file documents under their name as staff, you will want to set up your account as a Pro Se (Individual).  

At this point, you are ready to start filing. Upon creation of a job, be sure to enter the case number and state for the eFiling button to appear. Once a job is created, a button will appear at the top of the job page saying “New Filing.” Follow that link to select your documents and launch the InfoTrack integration.
