When creating a new job, you can choose to have a default employee assigned as the process server.
Go to My Account -> Settings -> Jobs -> Default Server for New Jobs.
Click Same as Job Creator and the system will automatically set the job creator as the process server when creating a new job.
Click Default Employee if you want your default employee to be set as the process server when creating a new job.
You can set a default employee by going to My Account -> Employees.
Click the process server and then press Edit.
Check the box next to Set as default server on new jobs.
If a job is shared with you by a collaborator, the default server will automatically be assigned to the job.
