Archiving
Jobs, Companies, Courts, Court Cases, and Employees can all be archived. Archiving is a way to organize completed or inactive information out of your main view — nothing is ever deleted or lost. Anything archived can be brought back into view at any time with a single click.
A job can only be archived once it has been fully completed — the archive button will appear greyed out and unclickable on any job that’s still active or incomplete.
Archived items won’t appear as autofill options when creating new jobs, but you can always find them by changing the filter in each section to show archived items.
Jobs
There are two ways to archive a job. The first is to press the archive button in the upper right corner next to the edit button.

The second is to select the jobs you would like to archive, on the jobs screen. Then use the mass options menu and select archive job.

Court Cases and Court Locations
If a court case or court location is cluttering your autofill list when creating a job, you can archive it to remove it from that list (it won’t be deleted — you can always find it later by filtering for archived cases).
- Select Court Case from the left toolbar.
- Select the court case you want to archive.
- Press the Archive Court Case button in the upper right corner.

Court locations follow the same process:
- Select the Court Locations tab.
- Select the specific court location you want to archive.
- Press the Archive Court Location button.
Employees
- Press My Account, then the Employees tab.
- Select the employee you want to archive.
- Press the Archive Employee button.

Routes
To clear old routes from a cluttered routes screen:
- Select Jobs from the left toolbar, then the Routes tab.
- Select the old route you want to archive.
- Press the Archive Route button.

To archive a client or contractor:
- Select Companies from the left toolbar.
- Select the company.
- Press the Archive Company button.
If you’ve accidentally entered a company as a duplicate, don’t archive it right away — you’ll need to reassign its jobs to the correct company first, or those jobs will stay linked to the wrong record.
