Collaborate with clients

Collaboration invitations are sent from the Companies menu.

Select the client company you’d like to invite (note: make sure the client company is assigned to at least one job).

Click the Invite & Collaborate button.

ServeManager will ask if you want to invite the company as either a law firm or as a process server (read more about process server collaboration here).

Click Invite a Law Firm

This will send an invitation email to the primary contact, once they accept the invitation your accounts will be linked and any shared jobs will appear in both accounts.
