Collaborators can’t see miscellaneous attachments

If your collaborators are unable to view miscellaneous attachments in shared jobs, follow these steps:

Go to My Account -> Settings -> Misc attachments are visible to companies you collaborate with.
If the box is not already checked, click it and then press Save.
Make sure that you are have the correct collaborator (client and/or contractor) assigned to the job.
Collaborator accounts have the same option to make misc. attachments visible, make sure that their settings are up-to-date.
