Collaborators can’t see miscellaneous attachments

If your collaborators are unable to view miscellaneous attachments in shared jobs, follow these steps:

  • Go to My Account -> Settings -> Misc attachments are visible to companies you collaborate with.
  • If the box is not already checked, click it and then press Save.
  • Make sure that you are have the correct collaborator (client and/or contractor) assigned to the job.
  • Collaborator accounts have the same option to make misc. attachments visible, make sure that their settings are up-to-date.
