Exchange: Tracking Your Payments From the Exchange

As an independent contractor, keeping a close eye on your earnings is essential. ServeManager makes it simple to track each payment you receive for your services directly within the app. This guide will walk you through how to access and manage your payment information through the wallet feature.

How to Track Payments

Accessing Your Payment Information

  • Navigate to Wallet: Log into your ServeManager account and go to My Account > Wallet. Here, you will find a comprehensive record of all your payment transactions.
  • Viewing Transactions: Each payment for a job is recorded as a separate entry in your wallet—look for one row per job in the wallet table. This setup makes it easy to see each payment associated with specific work completed.

Managing and Exporting Payment Data

Filtering and Viewing Details

  • Detailed View: To get a more detailed view of your wallet transactions, click on the green “View All” button located in the top right corner of the table. This will allow you to access the full transaction table.
  • Filtering Options: Once in the full view, you can use search and filtering options to customize the table according to your needs. This functionality is especially useful if you are looking for specific transaction types, dates, or amounts.

Exporting Data

  • Spreadsheet Export: For further analysis or record-keeping, you can export your wallet transaction table by clicking on the “Export Spreadsheet” button at the top left of the table. The exported file includes all table columns and is compatible with billing software like QuickBooks, facilitating easy integration into your financial management routines.
