Handling Bad Addresses

When you come across a ServeManager job with a bad address you will want to be sure you are handling that job correctly.

You can find attempts saved with bad addresses, by selecting the horizontal attempts tab. From here, you can filter by the “Bad Address” attempt type, and then select the job number to manage those jobs.

Another strategy to manage bad address jobs would be to follow the above steps, and label the jobs as bad address jobs using a customized job status. Once the jobs are labeled with the customized job status, you can filter those jobs by the status and perform mass actions on the jobs. Like sending a mass note applied to those several jobs at once.
