Job Filters

Filters let you narrow the Jobs list down to exactly what you’re looking for. Filters can be combined — for example, showing only Active jobs assigned to a specific Server within a Date Range. Below is what each filter does:

• Jobs – View all jobs in your account, or only Active or Archived jobs.
• Attempts – View jobs based on the number of Attempts saved in the job
• Service Status – View jobs with a specific Service Status
• Job Status – View jobs based on the applied Job Status
• Affidavit -View jobs with or without a signed/unsigned Affidavit
• Invoice – View jobs based on the Invoice Status
• Server – View jobs based on the assigned Server
• Creator – View jobs based on the Job Creator
• Date Range – Select a date range option and then select the specified dates to view all jobs within that date range
  • Archived – Date the job was archived
  • Court Date – The job’s court case date
  • Created – Date the job was created
  • Due – The job’s due date
  • Filed Date – The job’s court case filing date
  • Last Attempt – The date of the last recorded Service Attempt
