Bulk Options – Jobs

Bulk Options help you update multiple Jobs at once.

From Jobs, select the necessary jobs with the checkbox tool next to each job number.

After making your selection, press “Bulk Options”

You have the following options to choose from:

• Unarchive Jobs – Unarchive multiple jobs in your archived jobs list
• Archive Jobs – Archive multiple jobs
• Assign Jobs to Server – Assign multiple jobs to a new employee/contractor
• Edit Due Date – Change the due date for multiple jobs
• Edit Job Status – Update the Job Status for multiple jobs
• Record an Attempt – Record a mass attempt for multiple jobs
• Record a Note – Record a mass note for multiple jobs
• Print Documents – Create a bulk .PDF file containing selected documents from multiple jobs
