Collaborators can’t see miscellaneous attachments
If your collaborators are unable to view miscellaneous attachments in shared jobs, follow these steps:
- Go to My Account -> Settings -> Visibility & Email Checkbox Settings and confirm Uploads are visible to companies you collaborate with.
 - If the box is not already checked, click it and then press Save.
 - Make sure that you are have the correct collaborator (client and/or contractor) assigned to the job.
 - Collaborator accounts have the same option to make misc. attachments visible, make sure that their settings are up-to-date.
