Policy on importing legacy data
For new subscribers moving to ServeManager from another software, we can import lists of clients and courts, but NOT job data.
Over the years we’ve yet to encounter a scenario where we could say with confidence that we could create a production-level replica of data from a legacy system. The data is so disparate from system to system, and generally very difficult to extract, let alone import in a usable manner that ensures nothing has been missed.
We recommend asking your current software provider if you can continue to access your legacy data after cancellation.
Access to ServeManager data
If for any reason you do cancel your ServeManager subscription, all of your data will be available in perpetuity. ServeManager does not restrict access to your information and previous jobs after cancellation.
