Follow these steps if you're having an issue with GPS data and service attempts.
By default, only the jobs assigned to you are displayed on the mobile version. Owners and Admins can enable a setting to view all jobs in their account when using the app. Update the setting under My Account -> Settings -> Jobs, by checking the box next to “On the mobile app show all jobs.”

Enable the electronic signature account setting, so employees can save and apply their own signatures.
Mobile App: Create a Service Attempt Canceling: Pressing Cancel in the top right gives you the option to save as a draft, discard the attempt, or keep editing.
To reset your password from the mobile app: Note: If you enter the wrong password 4 times in the app, a pop-up will also appear offering to reset your password.
Go to Account > Settings > Attempt Preferences > Enable GPS Watermark Photos When capturing a new photo for your attempt, your GPS location will be displayed directly onto the captured photo.
To disable the Routing feature in your app and only view your Job List, go to Account > Settings > Enable Routing (turn off the option to disable routing).
Tap the Job Filter button located next to the Search Bar to apply filters to your job list. Press The Bookmark symbol on the right side of the screen This opens your saved address list. From here you can search new addresses to add to your favorites list. Saved addresses can be selected and routed by clicking the route icon on the top toolbar.
