GPS isn’t showing up on Attempts

Step 1: Turn location services ON

Make sure your mobile device has location services turned on.

iPhone: Go to Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Location Services -> On

Android: Go to Settings -> Location -> Use location -> On

Step 2: Reset location services

If location services are ON, but you’re still not getting GPS data on new attempts, it’s possible ServeManager wasn’t granted permission to access your location.

iPhone instructions

• Open Settings
• Tap Privacy and Security
• Tap Location Services
• Scroll down to find and tap the ServeManager App
• Tap Allow Location Access – While Using the App or Always Ask
  
  • Additionally you can toggle on Precise location for a more accurate data.
• Alternately you can open Settings, go to Apps, select ServeManager and also change location services permissions through there. This is also where you can edit app permissions for Camera, Microphone, and Data preferences.

Android instructions

• Open Settings
• Scroll down to individual app settings and Tap ServeManager
• Under Privacy, Tap Permissions
• Tap Allow while using app or Ask every time. 
• You can toggle on Use Precise Location for best results.
