Stripe: Alternative Payment Method

If your client has issues applying payment to their invoices, you can also accept payments through stripe via credit card.

First, your ServeManager account must be connected to Stripe to accept credit card payments.

Once your account is connected to Stripe, the easiest, fastest and safest way to take credit card payments is to have your customers pay online directly from your ServeManager invoice or statement.

To take a payment over the phone, open the invoice, select Apply Payment, then select Enter Credit Card Payment.
